Great experience finding and purchasing a new Ford Bronco. After test driving a 2 door and a four door we discovered that even though we were looking for a 2 door it would not meet our needs. The salesman helped us choose the correct vehicle for our purpose.
Corwin Ford and my salesmen Jeff Rick have always taken good care of me and my vehicles. I just recently purchased a new F150 Powerboost, and the whole process went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Jeff Rick and Corwin Ford.
Everyone was friendly and made it super easy to find the truck I wanted, they also took care of it right away when there was a small issues with the check engine light. Jacob and Cassey were very helpful. Jacob helped me find a truck that I really love and Cassey helped me when I had to bring it in and kept up to date.
Ariel and Ryan are excellent salesman and helped us thoroughly throughout the deal and helped me set up my new vehicle. 5 star dealership, would definitely do business here!
Was very pleased with how well we were treated and how dedicated their team was to get us into our pickup. They made sure everything was taken care of even with thw chaos of our kids being there. Tyger was an amazing sales associate, he played with the kids as the deal was being negotiated and finalized. We had a new vehicle in a short few hours and the service was above and beyond. Well the deal was fine we had an agreement then I was asked to sign a waiver to have some 700 range item removed. Took 6 hrs to get vehicle. Then I failed to note convoy damage to front bumper never mentioned. 4 gorges paint chips. Tried to get me to sign for a 2900 dollar ext warranty and stated just 36000 3yrs but failed to mention 5 years 60k on drive train n 8 yrs 100 k on hybrid battery etc. So overall I have mixed feelings here but sellsman was very busy but was professional n kind but failing to mention the damage or lower price ... I was just planning on browsing the lot and ended up leaving in a new vehicle the next day. The staff was accommodating, and they do not pressure you into decisions.
My experience at Cowen Ford was very positive. They didn't try to sell me something. They just showed me what they had and gave me a good deal. The buying process is very quick and without issue. I will return to the dealership in the future for another vehicle purchase.

*Thoroughly Disappointed* that there isn't a Corwin Ford in my city. I flew nearly 8 hours to make it to the Boise location; expecting an 1,800 mile drive back. While the vehicle i originally wanted was not available, the manager's intervention, understanding, and willingness to work with the customer sealed the deal. Just purchased a 2018 F350. Jake the sales person was absolutely amazing! No pressure and got the payments we wanted. The sales manager was honest and upfront. The finance system had an issue so the loan would not go through that night but the sales manger let us take the pickup home. Next day we had no issues. The finance department was amazing! Had good sense of humor and got it done quick. Would recommend 100% to work with.
