Bought a pickup the windshield had a bullseye in it. I don’t think you can sell it that way. Truck needed a battery the next day. Had the mechanic checked everything as they said they did the load test would have shown a bad battery

Corwin Ford was a breath of fresh air! As out of town potential customers, they kindly offered video tours of the vehicle and a ride from the airport. Everyone there clearly loves being there, and was a great place to do business.
Matt was awesome to work with. We went to other dealerships and the salesman are not are not as good as he was. Even at your other lot the guy wanted nothing to do with us and push us away.
My experience with corwin ford has been a bit controversial. They have handled business poorly for me at times. Fortunately they do have some staff members that, when you escalate your problems accordingly, will go above and beyond to get you taken care of! I had issues with the service department until a member of the accessories team recognized my situation and stepped in to make sure I was taken care of.
Nick young was very good dealing with. I can be very particular and there were several issues but he remained very patient and professional and got it taken care of. Thank you

Serviced two recalls and an engine replacement due to an engineering flaw. Not happy with Ford, but Corwin service was excellent.

Vehicle had an open recall that was not addressed, window needed calibrated (this was a certified preowned) and staff did not see to know license and title procedures so we ended up wasting our own time and money getting it set up just to be called by back dealer and charged for the same services we already completed with DMV.

I called Rob and described the exact Bronco we wanted and he had it ready to go when we arrived, he talked us through all the features and even took a test drive with the roof removed (it was hot). He also came in on his day off so we could close the deal. Corwin in general was excellent to work with. The bronco was exactly needed only one piece to be the perfect setup and Corwin provided a more than excellent solution and we have been having a blast driving our new Bronco since we took delivery.
The entire experience from the check in to the finished washing of my truck was an excellent example of amazing customer service.

Recently purchased a vehicle from these guys. Got offered so little on my possible trade in, was laughable. Wasn't shown anything in the vehicle. No phone paring. No knowledge of the computer, or what the features were. We had to figure out how to put it in reverse well after the timely process of doing all the paperwork. We were so hungry. There was a recall notification on my 2022 Maverick and when the parts were available, it was easy to get an appointment to have the part replaced and the work needed was done in hours. Friendly service and they kept me informed as to when my Maverick was ready to pick up. They also checked all systems and gave a report indicating what they found.

Our sales rep was Cesario Suarez, a great guy and overall very knowledgeable. He helped us get into our forever truck. I went into the dealer Sunday looking for a bigger truck for our family boat, and he knew exactly what we needed (Ram 3500 Laramie, she’s beautiful). We got to the right price, and Cesario made it happen easily and painlessly. I was at the dealer for about 2 hours and drove home happy on our new truck! Overall, great attention from our salesman. Had my truck for a week seemed a long time for an oil change and adjusting shifting issue. Picked up truck and it was filthy had to been parked under trees and bird poop all over it. You had ample time to run it through the wash. Shifts better now and thanks for that. Respectfully Russell
