I was in and out pretty quickly the only 2 things that I had a problem with was because it was a used vehicle they don't fill up your tank and it was close to empty and because its a hybrid and should come with a charger it was missing and I had to buy one I think they could improve on those things

I have consistently brought my vehicle to the dealership for my maintenance needs. As of now an oil change is called “The Works” which includes a tire rotation and is $110. It seems that even if you do not need a tire rotation and it is not performed, (in my case) the cost is the same. Seems a bit pricey for an oil change in these times. They do an inspection of point inspection of the vehicle which is good and identifies issues in need of attention. This is good for the customer as well as the dealership for added services. The cost for a walk in to have a tire rotation is $29.95. If you need an oil change you must need a tire rotation as it is part of the package. If you don’t it appears you pay the package price anyway.

If you don’t have a trade in they’re good to deal with.

Matthew is an excellent sales representative and trustworthy. He wanted me to find the exact F150 as it was a no pressure experience!! Accessory and financing departments are the best!!

Brendan was GREAT to work with and he did a great job working with my salesman husband! I went to another dealership to compare vehicles and let me tell you the level of customer service at Corwin was unmatched. Go talk to Brendan you won't be disappointed.

Parker made the process simple and smooth!

Purchased 2026 Bronco and was supposed to have Sasquatch package as told I got everything I wanted and that was not included on my purchase. I received the Luxe package on a Badlands Bronco but never got the Sasquatch package. After talking to the GM they are unwilling to make this right other than having me pay at cost for the rims and tires. That doesn’t come close to what the package has and shouldn’t be out of my pocket. The difference I don’t get is the suspension and rim and tires.

While we were waiting on our oil change we wanted to see what Corwin had to offer on a trade in. Casey was a wonderful salesperson to work with. He went the extra mile for me. The finance team got me a good interest rate with a manageable monthly payment. I highly recommend working with Casey and the rest of the team at Corwin.

Sad another bad experience- needed fuel door repaired, was quoted $423.26 to replace the fuel door assembly, all that was needed was to replace the plunger. Ordered the fuel door assembly online for $81, removed the plunger and replaced it on the broken door- took my husband all of 10 minutes- not sure how you can justify $423 bucks .

Just wanted to share my appreciation for the folks at Corwin Ford Nampa—specifically Rob Sherman, who helped me purchase my dream truck. From picking up the phone the very first time to picking up the keys, Rob was warm, inviting, never pushy, down-to-earth, and professional. Chris King (sales) and Jake Molles (finance) were exceptional to work with. I’ve purchased many cars and motorcycles over the years. I’ve definitely had some good experiences, but this was by far the easiest and best I’ve ever had. It was almost too easy. No stress. Just super simple and easy. Look - if you need your Ford worked on, just make sure your service advisor at Corwin Ford is Suzi Cronin. She is the best we’ve worked with. Takes complete ownership, communicates incredibly well, and always does what she says she’s gong to do. I thought when you purchased a car from a dealership that the dealership would bend over backward for you, especially when you pay cash and pay the sticker price. I drove from Oregon to purchased a car first thing Tuesday morning (9:30). I didn't make it out of the dealership till after 2:30. Excuse was "understaffed". I was starving. I was told that my car had to be inspected and detailed before I could take delivery. "Shouldn't take more than a day". It's day three. No calls from the dealership. I called and was told it's still being inspected. WHAT THE xxxx? I was hoping for a positive experience. I was hoping for a dealership I could be proud of, one that contacted me if there were to be delays. The finance manager told me that this vehicle was in such immaculate condition that it should be done within a day. The salesman was courteous but forgot to give me a business card. When I called today, nobody was available to answer the phone. I discovered that my salesman was off today. When I spoke to the sales manager today, he couldn't give me an estimated completion date. He just gave me another excuse. "Were backed up". I didn't hear that one on Tuesday. WHAT THE xxxx? If you want to sell cars, answer the xxxx phone. BTW, your "filtered water" tastes salty. Just what I didn't need when I'm starving. I nearly walked out because I waited so long just to sign papers. If you want a good review, don't make folks wait. Give transparent, concrete answers. I was hoping for a dealership I could look forward to dealing with the next time I needed a vehicle. I hope there's a dealership willing to go out of their way for the customer.

I have had overall good experiences at Corwin Ford. Their service department is awesome! People are friendly, super accommodating, and will get your maintenance/recall fix/ etc done in a timely manner. I recently purchased a vehicle from them as well and the salesman was awesome. Corwin generally prices their vehicles on the lower end so there's not much wiggle room on the price. Sales isn't near as "pushy" as what you'd expect from a car dealership and it made the first part of the experience great. Now the reason I'm docking a star. Once you get to "stage 2" / financing they won't take no for an answer and try to sell you every extended warranty/protection plan in the book. Once again I kinda expect this at a dealership because this is where they make their money. What isn't okay however is that I was flat out lied to. They tacked on a 200 dollar "corwin advantage " which apparently is a few oil changes. I asked and was reassured multiple times that was included as part of the agreed upon price for the vehicle, NOT in addition. Having already been in the process for hours and exhausted I signed on the dotted line and didn't scrutinize the numbers enough. When I looked over the paperwork I signed the next day I found that it was not included in the price of the vehicle like I was told. Overall I'd still recommend Corwin over other dealerships in the treasure valley. Just when buying a vehicle, pick what you want, REALLY LOOK OVER THE VEHICLE (they won't mention and try to downplay items like tires needing to be replaced, curb rash, small scratches, etc) and walk out (they will try to get you to stay but don't). Work out the numbers with finance over email so you can really look them over and they don't pull a fast one.

Dillon was the salesman that helped me through the process of buying my new truck. He's an absolute professional, is super upbeat, and I'd recommend his services 100%.

Not only was Cesar excellent at communication from the day we walked onto the lot, he was never pushy, assisted with questions we had along the way but he worked hard to ensure we were able to get the items taken care of we needed to quickly. In addition, their finance department we also dealt with a different Cesar who ensured we not only understood all the details of our loan and warranty, but he secured us lower rate than the marketed rate on the market.
