First experience with Corwin Ford and it went very well. Typically, I dread going to any dealership, but this visit went much differently. I called about a vehicle I saw online and scheduled an appointment for a test drive the same day. They were nice folks, the manager especially. They were the third Ford dealer I went to looking for a Maverick and they had more choices. The downside, it took hours to pay for it.. I am glad I didn’t try to finance it.

Transmission oil change seemed to go OK. I was grateful I was able to get that in early morning Saturday and get it done within a two hour turnaround time. Todd helped me with that and he’s always been good about helping. I Got a discount and pricing because I was able to use my points.

Everything went so smoothly from contacting Corwin Ford when I was out of state, to when I showed up, and they handed me off to the correct person, to actually finding out that the truck I wanted to build was on the lot, to getting it ready for me to pick up in a few days, and teaching me what I needed to know before I drove away. Everything was great!
I took my car to Corwin with out an appointment telling them I can leave it there all day. It was done in four hours. I took the shuttle home and it was a great experience. Highly recommend.
Let's be honest. Buying a car can be an ordeal. At Corwin though, purchasing my new car was seamless. Rob was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without being pushy. I was given a very fair (great!) price for my new vehicle and was also given a very fair trade-in value. Caesar in finance was very helpful as well. There was no pressure to upsell. I was looking for a Ford King Ranch F250 and I found the one I liked the Corwin. The service was great. The initial sales person was very helpful and was very responsive and then when I needed additional information or needed questions answered. I also dealt with the general manager, and he was extremely responsive. Overall, I think they are a great dealership and I would go there again if I were looking for another Ford.

The employees are professional and friendly.. When I have to leave my car to get work done it is a huge inconvenience without loaner cars. It can take 3 to 4 hours to get home in their shuttle. Similar issues on return trip. My car has had quite a-few recalls. They will not work on the car without leaving the car overnight even though it often takes less than an hour. As a widow with mobility issues, I have trouble getting my own transportation. I live in an area where I cannot utilize ubers, taxis, etc. Surely a dealer as big as ...

Ariel Huerta clearly explained the various options available on the Ford 150 Tremor. He likewise showed us the different colors on the lot in the bright sun, which was optimal. Once we identified the exterior color, Ariel proceeded to open the doors and show us all the details of the interior. Being in a smaller community our local dealership is not very professional. So...I headed about an hour east to Corwin Ford in Nampa. When I walked into the dealership it was amazing, super clean, interesting decor, professional happy staff (everyone we talked to). Justin the new car manager was extremely accommodating, Charlie and Parker in sales were fun to work with and had great follow-up.
